Employee Spotlight - Brea Harrison

This week we're spotlighting our Sales Associate, Brea Harrison. Brea directs all phone calls and contacts potential customers via email. When you call for help, Brea is the first person you'll talk to. Below Brea has answered some questions so you can get to know that voice on the end of the line.

How long have you been with Window Repair Systems?

I have been at WRS for 11 months now.

Explain your role at WRS.

I am a Sales Associate at WRS, on a typical day I direct phone calls and email potential customers about the services we have to offer.

What do you like most about WRS?

What I like about WRS is the jovial workplace environment, I also like that I learn the different varieties of windows and hardware that our customers use.

In your mind, what are three words that describe WRS?

Three words that I would describe WRS are: informative, beneficial and amiable.

People would be surprised if they knew:

People would be surprised and a fun fact that I didn’t know is that there are around 30,000 different types of window parts in our inventory!

What is your least favorite food?

My least favorite food is sauerkraut. Yuck!

How do you balance your career at WRS and family?

Given the fact that WRS is family-oriented, I don’t have any problems balancing my personal life and WRS. Over the last few months, I have grown closer with my colleagues and consider them my work family as well!

What is your favorite movie of all time?

I don’t really have a favorite movie, but given that it is around the holidays I’ve been binge-watching all of the Home Alone movies; 1,2,3,4 and 5!


What would be the name of your autobiography?

If I was to write an autobiography the title would be, “The Girl With The Most Problems.”

When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time?

When and if I have 30 minutes of free time I would meditate or do some yoga, it’s such a peaceful and relaxing thing to do when you’re living in a stressful world.

Any random facts you could share with us?

A random fun fact about me is when I was a kid I used to play flag football, the only girl on the team, but made an AWESOME impression!
