Our solid brass and steel sash pulleys are designed for superior operation, longevity and appearance, and ease of installation in either single or double hung old style wooden windows. The ball-bearing sash pulleys feature a hot-forged brass faceplate, solid brass precision turned pulley wheel for chain or cord, and a sealed ball bearing for many years of smooth operation.

Shipping information

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3–4 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by stock availability or circumstances beyond our control. We ship throughout the U.S. and to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.  

Returns & warranty

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25–75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
