The pivot lock shoe is used in tilt window applications and sits in the jamb channel and has a cam which will lock the shoe in the channel when the sash is tilted inwards.

Returns & warranty
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25–75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
