Return Policy

Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

Shims are used for making slight adjustments to home elements, such as door frames and windows, to make them level. Once a window is seated into the opening, place shims in any gaps between the window casing and the framed opening. Use a hammer or mallet to gently tap the shim into place, using a level to check that the window or door is as level as desired.

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3–4 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by stock availability or circumstances beyond our control. We ship throughout the U.S. and to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.  

Returns & warranty

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25–75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
