- Truth Hardware Rollers are equipped with full race, permanently lubricated radial ball bearings that are labyrinth-shielded to resist contamination by dust and moisture and will provide trouble-free service
- Heavy duty case and carrier is cold-rolled steel. Ball-bearing wheels in steel, stainless steel or steel with nylon tires.
- All steel parts are zinc plated for corrosion resistance.

Returns & warranty
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25–75% restocking fee.
