Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

Spiral balance brackets are attached to your sash and hold the bottom of the spiral balance in place. This spiral balance bracket measures 2.53" long and is compatible with our Caldwell 100 Series Spiral Balances. This Bracket is also compatible with our 40 Series Spiral Balances.

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3–4 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by stock availability or circumstances beyond our control. We ship throughout the U.S. and to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.  

Returns & warranty

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25–75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
