The 450 Series is a standard block and tackle window balance for tilt window applications. This balance is designed for residential or commercial window applications. These balances feature a 5/8" channel depth and measure 43" in length, holding weight capacities from 9lbs to 38lbs. You're sure to find the tilt block and tackle window balance to fit your needs. These measurements are crucial to the performance of the balance. If your balance does not measure an exact length, or if you think you have an extended travel balance, read this article and contact us before you place your order.
PLEASE NOTE: The Length of the Balance will ALWAYS be 1 Digit HIGHER than the Stamp or SKU Number (example: a balance with a SKU number of 05-45012-1 will be stamped 1210 and measure 13" in length).

Returns & warranty
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25–75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
