A left hand pole operated sweep lock is a type of locking mechanism designed to secure windows in residential and commercial settings. It is typically used on double-hung or sliding windows that require a secure locking mechanism to prevent unauthorized entry. The lock is operated by a pole or rod that is attached to the lock mechanism, which is mounted on the window frame. When the pole is turned or rotated, the lock engages a metal bar or sweep that extends from the lock and secures the window in place. The left hand pole operated sweep lock is designed to be installed on the left-hand side of the window frame and is operated using the left hand. This type of lock is particularly useful for people who are left-handed or for windows that are located in hard-to-reach areas. The lock is designed to withstand repeated use and exposure to the elements. It provides an added level of security to windows, giving homeowners and business owners peace of mind knowing that their property is secure. This Left Hand Sweep Lock features a durable, White Bronze construction. Left Hand Sweep Locks Sold Individually. Right Hand Sweep Lock, Pole Hook and Hardware Not Included.
