Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

The pivot lock shoe is used in tilt window applications and sits in the jamb channel and has a cam which will lock the shoe in the channel when the sash is tilted inwards. Pivot lock shoes work in tandem with window pivot bars to allow windows to tilt. This pivot lock shoe features a zinc cam.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
