  • Operator handing is determined by the hinge side when viewed from the outside.
  • For accurate hardware placement in vinyl or metal applications, pre-drilling of the window profile is recommended.Ā

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3ā€“4 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by stock availability or circumstances beyond our control. We ship throughout the U.S. and to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.  

Returns & warranty

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25ā€“75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
