Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
Friction Adjusters are used either as a limit device or for adjustable opening tension of the projected windows. The bar length is ALWAYS 2" shorter than the track length.
- The bracket size refers to the thickness of the bracket on the end of the friction adjuster. .180" BRACKET SIZE NO LONGER AVAILABLE
- The stack height refers to the total height (thickness) of the friction adjuster in the closed position.

Shipping information
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3–4 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by stock availability or circumstances beyond our control. Returns & warranty
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25–75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
