Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

Window Pivot bars are located at the bottom of the sash and work together with the pivot lock shoe to allow your sash to tilt inwards for cleaning. This die-cast zinc pivot bar features a T-shaped design and a 2-hole configuration.

Shipping information

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3ā€“4 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by stock availability or circumstances beyond our control. We ship throughout the U.S. and to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.  

Returns & warranty

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25ā€“75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
