Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
The screen latch loop is hooked on the screen retainer spline channel of the screen frame to hold the bottom of the screen in the window frame. Insert the ball head screw on the inner side of the sill and slip the latch hook over the screw.
