Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

This clip catches your non-tilt block and tackle balances in the jamb and allows your sash to be removed. Your balances can then be removed from the take out clips. This clip is compatible with PAN AM window applications.

Returns & warranty

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25–75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
