Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

This pivoting will provide the lock position or the open position, merely by turning the cam assembly. This technique of locking a sliding or moving item in construction is common and can also be used to tighten a joint assembly by turning the cam and locking or unlocking the mechanism.

Returns & warranty

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25–75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
