Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

- Truth’s Sash Lifts encourage the lifting of the window from the bottom, thereby putting less stress on the sash than would occur from pushing on the top rail.

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3–4 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by stock availability or circumstances beyond our control. We ship throughout the U.S. and to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Returns & warranty
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25–75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
