Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
Stronger – Tested to beyond DP 85 on a 36" x 72" window with only three lock points. The Encore is also rated to 400 lbs. per lock point, depending upon application.
Handle Action – Built-in detents, reduced handle to jamb contact and a tighter escutcheon means the Encore lock is more reliable and resistant to insect and light infiltration.

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3–4 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by stock availability or circumstances beyond our control. Returns & warranty
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25–75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
