Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
A pivot lock (sometimes referred to as a semaphore lock) operates in the same way as an old fashioned railway signal. The lock is fitted to the opening frame (unless the window opens inwards).

Returns & warranty
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25–75% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned unless defective.
